HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
You may contact A-Z Tours directly by phone, fax or e-mail.

CUSTOM DESIGNED TOURS AND ITINERARIES:
As many people use custom itineraries to get price comparisons from different companies and as it takes time and labor to design and price a customized tour, any request that cannot be adapted with minor changes from our current packages will require an administration fee of $50 US. This fee will be credited to the deposit should the Tour be booked with us.

DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% US per person payable to A-Z Tours International is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour booking. 50% for Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Deposits may be made by a US Cashiers Check, Credit Cards or by Wire Transfer direct to our bank.

If paying by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) we will e-mail a letter of authorization for you to sign and return by fax.

The signed copy will act as your receipt.

GROUP BOOKINGS:
A $500 US non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking and the full balance 60 days prior to departure.

Payment requirements may vary depending on the group size and time of year in order to hold the necessary space. Any payments will be credited to the total group tour cost.

Payments for Air bookings will be as per the rules of the particular Airline used.

TOUR REVISION FEES:
An administration fee of $25 US per person per change will be charged for any alterations, changes or revisions to a reservation once booked.

FINAL PAYMENTS:
The balance of payment is required 60 days in advance of departure, and can be paid by a US Cashiers Check or Money Order, Credit Cards or by Wire Transfer direct to our bank.

If the Tour is booked within a 60 day period prior to departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. No client will be accepted on a tour unless the Tour is fully prepaid.

(Please note because of currency deviations and exchange fees credit card payments can only be accepted by charging an administration fee of 4 to 5%. All credit card payments are processed through and at the discretion of A-Z Tours and then wired to Egypt, hence the necessity for an administration fee.)

CANCELLATIONS & CANCELLATION FEES:
Cancellation refunds are only permitted for documented medical reasons of yourself or your traveling companion: Cancellation/Medical insurance is highly recommended.(See note on Insurance below).

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled. If you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

More than 40 days before your arrival to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy. The total price of the tour includes the cost of all services being arranged on behalf of the client and as listed in the itinerary.

If the Supplier cancels the tour for any reason a full refund or credit for a further tour will be offered.

Flight Changes, Alterations and Refunds are subject to the terms, rules and conditions of the Airline. Any changes or refund requests for airfares should be directed to the ticketing agent or the airline directly. A-Z Tours will only work on flight changes, alterations and refunds for flights booked directly with us or our supplier.

TOUR PRICES:
All Tour Prices are per person based on two persons sharing one double room. Single/Triple/ Quad prices are as stated or as negotiated at the time of pricing the Tour.

As prices are based on exchange rates and supplier quotes at the time of putting the Tours together, prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown for the Tours displayed on the website may vary depending on the season, holiday periods, market conditions and other controlling factors and cannot be guaranteed until the tour is booked and paid in full.

If tours are adapted or customized as private tours for individuals or groups the pricing is quoted based on the final itinerary as agreed by both parties.

Please note when prices are quoted, these prices are not confirmed until full payment has been received as space cannot be held without full payment. Hotels prices vary as they do in all countries depending on market conditions.

This is standard throughout Egypt and the Tour Operator has no control over these costs. Some of the smaller 3/4 star Hotels do not host these dinners and therefore availability of these Hotels during these times is limited. If you downgrade after booking from 4/5 star to 3/4 star to avoid the Gala dinner there is no refund.

Please note that the standards of the rooms in the 3/4 star Hotels are not those of the 4/5 star Hotels.

SERVICE INQUIRIES:
If you have a problem with any of the Tour Services provided it should be brought to the immediate attention of the Tour Operator in Egypt/Jordan whilst on the Tour. Contact the office directly on the numbers given as the Guides are contracted and have no ability to make changes to your itinerary. All guides have cell phones you can use if necessary.

Every attempt will be made by the Tour Operator to rectify the situation immediately whilst in Egypt/Jordan. Upon return home it is almost impossible to correct a situation that could have been corrected during the Tour.

If you are not comfortable with any situation please contact the Tour Operator, contacting the agent in Canada will delay things due to the 10 hour time difference.

Retrieving funds from Egypt/Jordan after your return is almost impossible, so it is essential any concerns are dealt with directly in Egypt/Jordan whilst on tour.

If you feel that your problem persists call the chairman of the company while you are still on your tour; after you return home, if you are still not satisfied with the service you received you must write to the Egyptian Travel Agent Association. In the unlikely event that your complaint cannot be dealt with to your satisfaction by speaking to a Tour Operator staff member or the chairman of the company, you may refer your complaint to the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in Cairo.

(Note: If you miss part of the tour due to medical reasons your Insurance should cover this portion if prepurchased.)
